Recipe Number 2

HOT CHICKEN SALAD

4 cups Cold Chicken (1 chicken)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2/3 cup finely chopped toasted Almonds
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 Large bag of plain chips - crushed
1 c grated cheese
4 boiled eggs - chopped
1 Tin Cream of chicken soup
1 finly chopped onion
2 c chopped celery
2 TBSP flour

Combine all ingredients but the cheese, almonds and potato chips. Place in a large rectunglar baking dish. Top with almonds, cheese and chips. Let stand overnight in the fridge. Bake 180 degrees Cel for 30 mins covered and then 5 mins uncovered.
